Stereotypcial horror (done)

These two males are stereotypical of the horror  target audience as they are old enough to be able to view films with a 15 certificate and higher, but young enough to be thrilled and entertained by the excessive amounts murder and suspence. The average age for a horror films target audience is between 15 and 25, these two clearly represent this age demographic. As they are this age, they will most likely be in education still. If this is the case they will probably have a part-time job, which is usually based around retail. They will be earning on average of around £150-£300, this therefore gives them the disposable income and the time to be able to go to the cinemar or buy the D.V.D's.

With every horror film that is made, the envolution in technology helps them become more realistic and more believable. With the films evolving, the stereotypical audience is to. Tradditionally, horrors here aimed towards a male audience, due to the heavy stereotyping of women. This ment that in all films, not just horrors, the women only really had one role to play; the damsel in distress, the women who couldnt look after herself, and who is always relying on the male protagonist to save them and stereotypically gets captured by the antagonist.
